Mashed potatoes

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

  • Black peppercorns, bay leaved

  • Butter

  • Milk

  • Salt

Directions

  1. Add potatoes (if large cut in half) to the boiling water

  2. Add 2 bay leaves and 6 peppercorns

  3. Once cooked strain and remove bay leaves and pepper

  4. Mash

  5. Add butter, mash

  6. Add hot milk, mash
