Mince pie with wrap

Ingredients

  • Wrap - 350-400 g

  • Minced meat - 500 g

  • Onions - 1 pc.

  • Carrots - 1 pc.

  • Cheese - 200 g

  • Green onions

  • Kefir - 250 ml

  • Egg - 1 pc.

  • Butter - 30 g

  • Ground black pepper

  • salt

Directions

  1. Finely chop the onion

  2. Carrots on a coarse grater

  3. Minced meat in a pan, fry until semi-cooked

  4. Add onions and carrots, stir

  5. Pepper, salt, bring almost to readiness

  6. In a bowl, egg + kefir

  7. Add cheese and green onions to the cooled filling (or skip and add them on top when spreading on wrap)

  8. In the form of 2 sheets of wrap + half of the filling

  9. Dip pieces of wrap in the sauce and put on top of mince

  10. Put second part of minced meat, cheese and onion

  11. Cover with wrap, pour with sauce

  12. Put small pieces of butter on top

  13. Bake 220C, 20min
