Mince pie with wrap

Original recipe: лазанья из лаваша, мясной пирог
Ingredients

Wrap - 350-400 g

Minced meat - 500 g

Onions - 1 pc.

Carrots - 1 pc.

Cheese - 200 g

Green onions

Kefir - 250 ml

Egg - 1 pc.

Butter - 30 g
-
Ground black pepper

Directions

Finely chop the onion

Carrots on a coarse grater

Minced meat in a pan, fry until semi-cooked

Add onions and carrots, stir

Pepper, salt, bring almost to readiness

In a bowl, egg + kefir

Add cheese and green onions to the cooled filling (or skip and add them on top when spreading on wrap)

In the form of 2 sheets of wrap + half of the filling

Dip pieces of wrap in the sauce and put on top of mince

Put second part of minced meat, cheese and onion
-
Cover with wrap, pour with sauce

Put small pieces of butter on top

Bake 220C, 20min
