Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

• 200 г сливочного масла

• 150 г сахара

• 2 яйца

• 150 г (1.5 стакана) овсяных хлопьев, лучше тонкого помола

• 2 ч.л. разрыхлителя

• 150–200 г муки

• Butter (200g)+

• Sugar (150g)+

• Eggs 2 +

• Oatmeal (150) +

• Baking powder (2 teaspoons) +

• Flour (150-200g)

Directions

1. Mix soft butter with sugar, add eggs

2. Add oatmeal

3. Add flour and baking powder, mix well

4. Leave for 1 hour in the fridge

5. Form balls and press to make round cookies

6. Bake in the oven, 180C, 16 min [15-20 min]
