One pot chicken with rice

Ingredients

  • Chicken broth or Water - 1.5 cups (2)

  • Chicken thighs - 4 pc (6)

  • Onion - 1

  • Oil - 4 tbsp.

  • Sweet paprika - 3 tsp

  • Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp

  • Italian herbs - 1 tsp

  • Rice - 1 cup (2 cups)

  • Salt - 1 tsp

  • Garlic - 4 cloves

Directions

  1. Mix chicken thighs with salt (1 tsp.), Italian herb herbs (1 tsp.), Sweet paprika (3 tsp.), black pepper (0.5 tsp.). Can add a bit of oil to mix evenly

  2. Heat the vegetable oil (4 tablespoons) and fry the chicken thighs, putting them skin side down.

  3. Fry for 6-7 minutes on each side. The chicken will still be raw, but the crust should be well brown.

  4. Now take out chicken on a plate, and in the remaining oil and melted fat, fry 1 chopped onion and 3-4 cloves of garlic, diced. Fry until the onion is transparent.

  5. Add 1 cup of raw rice to the onion and garlic and mix everything well.

  6. Pour in 1.5 cups of chicken broth or water (add a little salt).

  7. Gently lay out the fried thighs, spreading the rice slightly.

  8. Cover with a lid and cook over low heat for 35 minutes. Delicious chicken with rice in a pan is ready!
