Quick Pesto Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 500g Countdown pasta spirals

  • 190g jar basil pesto

  • 120g packet baby spinach

  • 3 x 95g cans Countdown lemon & pepper tuna

  • Salt & pepper, to season

  • Sliced almonds

Directions

  1. Cook pasta in a large pan of boiling, salted water for 8-10 minutes or until al dente.

  2. Add pesto, spinach and tuna, toss well to combine. Season with salt and pepper (skip if tuna and pesto are salty). Add sliced almonds. Serve warm or cold.
